Blue Calsilica Jasper has that “It” factor! The bright yet earthy turquoise color is broken up by spectacular bands of earthy brown matrix. This stone is a natural jasper that is color enhanced to produce the vibrant blue/green color. Jasper is a combination of chalcedony and quartz, and has been used in jewelry and decorative arts for thousands of years. It was often the stone of choice among Ancient Minoan, Egyptian, and Sasanian (Persian) Empires. The name Jasper comes from old French, jaspre, meaning “speckled stone”. Jasper is said to facilitate nurturing behaviors and benefit healing.
Chain is made of 925 silver plated copper, durable and bright. Very dainty, delicate shimmery silver necklace with easy lobster claw clasp.
